  • I (we) the undersigned, give authorization for JR PROPERTIES, LTD, to do a reference and credit search and to verify and confirm the information on the application. I warrant that all the statements on the application are true. I further represent that I am not renting a room or an apartment under any other name, nor have I ever been dispossessed from any apartment, nor am I now being dispossessed. I hereby give my permission to conduct an investigation and obtain a consumer report, credit reports and agree to pay a nonrefundable application fee per applicant and guarantor. If this application is approved I further authorize Owner or its Agent to conduct future credit inquiries. I hereby hold Owner, JR Properties, Ltd, CoreLogic SafeRent, and all its Agents free and harmless of any liability in conjunction with this application. No representations or agreements by any third party are binding on Owner/Agent, unless included in an executed lease. Owner makes no guarantee regarding the status of this application or the availability of any apartment. If a lease is approved and executed, this completed application form becomes part of that certain lease.

Guarantor Application Instructions

Guarantor(s) Application Documents Required:

First two pages of the 1040 tax form from the previous year.

Instructions:

  1. Contact the Superintendent to view the apartment.
  2. To rent the apartment you must be prepared to provide all personal information required on the applications.
  3. Please note guarantors are required for all applicants. The applicant(s) and the Guarantor(s) will provide information on their income.
  4. Applicant(s) must meet a gross income of at least four (4) times the annual rent and the guarantor(s) at least eight (8) times the annual rent.
  5. There is a non-refundable $20 application/credit check fee for each applicant and a non-refundable $20 application/credit check fee for the guarantor. Please click on the PayPal tab to submit your payment.

6 consecutive pay stubs

Letter of employment or letter of offer from their employer (if they have been employed for a short period of time)

Three (3) months of bank statements checking and/or savings
